Overview
HONGKE SHP-250D cryogenic biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment with a volume of 250L. It is suitable for water analysis, BOD determination, and the fostering, preservation and storage of bacteria, molds and microorganisms. It is also used for fostering base, serum, drug and other experiments.

Principle
The product uses a microcomputer intelligent Control system, combined with imported Compressor refrigeration and heating systems, to precisely control the temperature within a set Temperature range (-20 ° C to 50 ° C). Its low temperature compensation function can optimize the temperature control performance in a low temperature environment, ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box, and provide a constant low temperature environment for sample fostering.

Steps
Place the device at an Ambient Temperature of 5 to 35 ° C and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required foster temperature (-20~ 50 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Place the sample to be fostered on the 3 shelves as standard in the box, closing the double doors.
4. Start the device, and the microcomputer system will automatically monitor and control the temperature to a set value.
5. The foster process can be observed through the lighting in the box, and the RS485 interface can be optionally connected to external devices to record data.
6. After the timing is over or when the sample needs to be taken out, open the door to take out the sample and clean the stainless steel liner.

• Please ensure that the equipment is working at the specified Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ℃).
• Power requirements are 220V 50Hz, and the maximum power consumption is 750W.
