Overview
HONGKE ZHP-100 (room temperature) thermostatic shaking incubator is a laboratory equipment suitable for room temperature environment (RT + 5~ 65 ℃), which is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency.
Features
1. Microcomputer Temperature and Frequency Controller with Timing Function.
2. The four corners of the inner tank of the box are semi-circular arcs, made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean.
3. High and low temperature protection temperatures can be set at will.
4. Independent Shaker Control system.
5. The acceleration control circuit ensures that the Shaker starts and stops smoothly.
Principle
The device precisely sets and maintains the target temperature and Oscillation Frequency in the box through a microcomputer controller. Its independent Shaker Control system and acceleration control circuit ensure smooth start and stop of the oscillation process, providing a constant temperature and oscillation environment for the sample.

Bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzymes and tissue studies
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (room temperature RT + 5~ 65 ℃), Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer controller.
3. Place the sample (load not exceeding 3 kg) on a tray (size 400 x 400 mm) and place it in the box.
4. Start the device, the device will smoothly accelerate to the set Frequency and maintain the set temperature operation.
5. Stop running after the timing is over or manually.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 30 ℃.
Equipment load should not exceed 3kg.
Equipment can work continuously, but it is necessary to pay attention to the operating status.
• When cleaning, stainless steel liner and semi-circular arc four corners can be used for easy wiping.
• Please set the high temperature and low temperature protection temperature according to the experimental requirements before use.
