Overview
The HONGKE ZHP-100 (Full Temperature) thermostatic shaking incubator is an experimental device that integrates thermostatic foster and oscillation functions. It is suitable for experiments with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency. Its volume is 100L and is controlled by a microcomputer. It has the ability to accurately adjust temperature and Frequency.

Principle
The device precisely sets and maintains the desired constant temperature in the chamber through a microcomputer controller, while driving the Shaker to oscillate at a set Frequency and amplitude, providing a constant temperature environment and uniform mixing or contact conditions for the sample.

Steps
Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Place the sample on the tray.
3. Set the required temperature (range 5~ 50 ℃), Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Start the device, and the Shaker will accelerate smoothly to the set Frequency.
5. After the experiment, the device can be stopped or turned off manually according to the setting.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be between 10 and 30 ℃.
• The load should not exceed 3kg.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz.
• When cleaning, please note that the liner is made of stainless steel, and the four corners are semi-circular arc design.
The equipment can work continuously, but it is necessary to pay attention to the setting of high and low temperature protection temperatures.
