Overview
HONGKE DZF-6020 Vacuum oven is a equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges and R & D institutions to carry out experiments such as drying and heat treatment of items under vacuum conditions.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with a semi-circular arc design at the four corners to maximize the effective volume.
2. Adopt tempered double-decked Glass doors for easy observation of indoor objects.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and is equipped with an integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring to ensure a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. Adopt a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control system for accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The studio is made of stainless steel plate (1Cr18Ni9T1) to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
The device extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to create a low-pressure (vacuum) environment, thereby reducing the boiling point of water, so that the water in the goods evaporates quickly at a lower temperature and is pumped out to achieve rapid drying. At the same time, the studio is precisely heated through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system to meet the drying or heat treatment needs of different items.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness of the closure to ensure good sealing.
3. Connect the vacuum pump and start the equipment to vacuum the studio.
4. Set the required temperature parameters through a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control system.
5. Start the heating function and start the drying or heat treatment process.
6. After the process is over, turn off the heating first, wait for the temperature to drop, then slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature + 5~ 40 ℃, Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz.
• Ensure that the door sealing ring is intact and the door is closed tightly to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Operating procedures should be followed when vacuuming and releasing vacuum to avoid sudden pressure changes.
• After processing, the temperature should be cooled first, then the vacuum should be released, and finally the box should be opened to prevent accidents.
• Do not exceed the equipment calibration Temperature range (room temperature + 5~ 180 ℃) and Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa) upper limit operation.
• Keep the equipment clean and check and maintain it regularly.
