Overview
HONGKE DZF-6021 Vacuum oven is a equipment suitable for drying and heat treatment of items under vacuum conditions in industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges and R & D institutions. It adopts a rectangular studio design with a semi-circular arc at the four corners, which effectively increases the working volume.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, with a semi-circular arc design at the four corners to maximize the effective volume.
2. Tempered double-decked Glass doors are used to make it easy to observe objects in the studio at a glance.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and is equipped with an integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring to ensure a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. Adopt a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control system for accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The studio is made of 08F stainless steel plate to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
The equipment pumps the inside of the studio to a set Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa) through a vacuum pump, reduces the boiling point of water in a low-pressure environment, and evaporates the moisture or Miscellaneous solvent in the article quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the studio is precisely heated by a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system to realize the drying or heat treatment process under vacuum conditions.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness of the closure to ensure good sealing.
3. Connect the vacuum pump and start the equipment to vacuum to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Set the required temperature parameters through a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature controller.
5. Start the heating function and start the drying or heat treatment process.
6. After the process is over, turn off the heating first, wait for the temperature to drop, slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be used within Ambient Temperature + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Power requirements are 220V 50Hz, Power consumption ≥ 300W.
• Temperature range is room temperature + 5~ 150 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• Ensure that the sealing ring of the box door is clean and intact to ensure the vacuum effect.
• When releasing the vacuum, it should be done slowly to avoid sudden pressure changes affecting items or equipment.
• Do not dry items that are flammable, explosive or prone to corrosion gases.
