Overview
DZF-6050 Vacuum oven is a laboratory equipment of the HONGKE brand, which is suitable for drying and heat treatment of items under vacuum conditions in industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges and R & D institutions. It adopts a cuboid studio design with a semi-circular arc at the four corners, which effectively increases the working volume.
Features

3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring is integrally formed to ensure a high Vacuum Level in the box.

5. The studio is made of stainless steel plate (1Cr18Ni9T1) to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
The device extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to create a low-pressure (vacuum) environment, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water in the goods, so that it can quickly evaporate and be discharged at a lower temperature. At the same time, the studio is precisely heated by a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system to achieve efficient and uniform drying or heat treatment of the goods under vacuum conditions.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
4. Set the required temperature parameters through the microcomputer control panel.
5. Start the vacuum pump and pump the studio to the required Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa).
6. Start heating, drying or heat treatment process.
7. After the process is over, turn off the heating first, wait for the temperature to drop, slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature + 5~ 40 ℃, Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz.
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• After the treatment is completed, the box door should be opened after the temperature in the box decreases and the pressure returns to normal pressure.
• Do not store or handle flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items in the studio.
• Regularly check the vacuum pump oil level and equipment sealing performance, and carry out necessary maintenance.
