Overview
HONGKE DZF-6051 Vacuum oven is a equipment suitable for drying and heat treatment of items under vacuum conditions in industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges and R & D institutions. It adopts a rectangular studio design with a semi-circular arc at the four corners, which effectively increases the working volume.
Features

Principle
The device extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to create a low-pressure (vacuum) environment, thereby reducing the boiling point of the material, so that the water or solvent in it evaporates quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the studio is precisely heated by a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system to realize the drying or heat treatment process under vacuum conditions.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Connect the vacuum pump and start the equipment to vacuum to the required Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa).
4. Set the required temperature (room temperature + 5~ 200 ° C) and time through a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control system.
5. Start the heating program and start the drying or heat treatment process.
6. After the process is over, turn off the heating first, wait for the temperature to drop, slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature + 5~ 40 ℃, Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz.
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• After treatment, the vacuum should be released and the door opened after the temperature drops to prevent burns or sudden damage to the item due to pressure.
• Do not overheat (over 200 ° C) or overload.
• Keep the equipment clean and check the vacuum pump and sealing parts regularly.
