The box body is welded with good steel plate, and the liner is made of stainless steel, which is novel and beautiful in shape.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through electric heating elements, combined with a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument for precise temperature control. The built-in low-noise fan and air duct form a hot air circulation system, forcing air to circulate inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature in the studio, and realize functions such as drying, baking, melting wax, and sterilizing.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf, and pay attention to the gap between the items to facilitate hot air circulation.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature (room temperature + 5~ 200 ° C) through the microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, and the heating and blast systems start working.
5. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the double-decked Glass observation window.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and open the box door to take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please use the specified 220V 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
• When placing items, do not block the exit and entrance of the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after running, do not directly touch the liner and heating elements, and be careful of high temperature burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and wait for the equipment to chill down completely. Use a soft cloth when cleaning the liner and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• If the device is not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
Do not disassemble or modify the equipment without authorization.
