The HUXI HX-650E Experimental Ultrasonic Cell Crushing Instrument is a smart device that enables network control and remote printing. Principle
The instrument converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration through an ultrasonic transducer to generate ultrasonic waves of 20-25KHz Frequency. Ultrasonic waves form a cavitation effect in the liquid medium, generating strong Impact force and shear force, so as to achieve treatment effects such as cell crushing, sample lysis, emulsification and homogenization.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set ultrasound parameters (Time, Power, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Select or create an operation program
4. Place the sample and close the sound box
Step 5 Initiate sonication
6. Remove the sample after processing is completed
