Overview
The HUXI HX-1200E Experimental Ultrasonic Cell Crushing Instrument is a smart device with network control, remote printing and UV sterilization functions, which can handle 1-1000ml volume samples. It is widely used in sample lysis, emulsification, homogenization and crushing in the fields of life sciences and materials chemistry.

Principle
The instrument generates 20-25KHz Frequency mechanical vibration through the ultrasonic transducer, which is transmitted to the sample through the horn. The cavitation effect is used to achieve cell crushing, emulsification, homogenization and other processing. Power is continuously adjustable at 12-1200W, and ultrasound and gap time can be controlled by a single chip microcomputer.
