HUXI HX-20TLS heating type thermostatic mixing bath adopts DC brushless motor and microcomputer control technology, which combines PI heating thermostatic with oscillation function to shorten experimental time and improve work efficiency. It is suitable for automatic operations such as sample hatching, catalysis, mixing and preservation.

Principle
The instrument is driven by a DC brushless motor and combined with microcomputer-controlled PI heating thermostatic technology to achieve accurate temperature control and horizontal rotary oscillation to ensure uniform mixing and thermostatic reaction of the sample under set conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument;
2. Set temperature, time and Rotation speed parameters through Touchscreen;
3. Optional programming multi-stage temperature control;
4. Start operation, the instrument automatically performs thermostatic mixing;
5. When the operation ends or malfunctions, the buzzer will alert.
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240V/50-60HZ range before use;
• Avoid overload operation and pay attention to the maximum Rotation speed limit of the module;
• Regularly calibrate temperature to ensure accuracy;
• Do not open the thermal insulation cover at will during operation to prevent heat loss;
• Timely power-off inspection when the instrument fails to avoid damage;
• Optional modules should be selected according to experimental requirements to ensure compatibility.
