Overview
TBJ-X2 + DHG-9025 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Spreader test equipment composed of TBJ-X2 automatic film applicator and DHG-9025 electrothermal thermostatic blast drying oven. The equipment uses imported accessories and is designed to solve the problem of uneven and poor reproducibility of artificial film by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, ensuring accurate and consistent wet-film coatings on different substrates. The matching drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilizing and other processes.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses a motor to drive the coating rod or drawdown blade to move uniformly on the substrate, while applying a stable and adjustable pressure to uniformly Spreader the paint into a wet-film of a specified thickness. The core of this is to precisely control the speed and pressure of the Spreader to overcome the inconsistencies of manual operation. The matching blast drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, and forms a hot air circulation by a low-noise fan and air duct, so that the temperature inside the studio is uniform. The wet-film after the Spreader is dried, cured or heat-treated for Miscellaneous samples.

Steps
1. According to the required Spreader thickness, select the appropriate coating rod (bar) and install it.
2. Place the substrate to be Spreader (such as Glass plate) in the Vacuum chuck area of the coating table and fix it.
3. Turn on the vacuum pump to make the substrate flat adsorption on the table.
4. Place an appropriate amount of paint at the starting end of the Spreader.
5. Set the required Spreader speed on the control panel.
6. Start the Film Applicator, and the coating rod will automatically scrape across the substrate at a constant speed to complete the film.
7. Spreader the wet-film sample to the shelf in the DHG-9025 drying oven.
8. Set the temperature and time required for the drying oven, and start the oven for drying or curing.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches and is safely grounded.
* Before Spreader, make sure that the coating rod is clean and not damaged, and confirm the corresponding Spreader thickness according to the bar model.
* When using Vacuum chuck, ensure that the substrate covers the adsorption hole flat to obtain uniform adsorption force.
* The oven is working at a high temperature, do not touch the surface of the box, and wear heat-insulating gloves when taking samples.
* When the oven is used for the first time or again after long-term use, it should be stoved at high temperature in an empty box to remove odor and moisture.
* When the equipment is running, avoid violent vibration and keep the surrounding environment clean and ventilated.
* Optional accessories (such as weight) are used to deal with uneven thickness of the substrate, please choose according to actual needs.
* Customized functions (e.g. jet system, UV device) need to be specified when booking, non-standard configuration.
