Overview
TBJ-X2 + DHG-9025A Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, designed to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of Spreader, solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency, and improve the reproducibility of film. The matching DHG-9025A electrothermal static blast drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilizing and other purposes. It adopts microcomputer intelligent control and hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

8. The oven adopts microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, and the temperature control is accurate and reliable.
9. The oven is equipped with a low-noise fan and a hot air circulation system composed of suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature.
Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a motor to achieve uniform linear motion of the Coater blade on the substrate, and at the same time, the pressure applied to the film applicator can be precisely controlled to form a precise and uniform thickness wet-film coating on the substrate. The matching drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element and is driven by a fan to form a hot air circulation, so that the air in the working room is uniformly heated to a set temperature and maintained at a constant temperature to achieve drying, baking or sterilizing of film samples.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area of the coating table.
2. According to the required Spreader thickness, select the appropriate coating rod (bar) and install it.
3. Set the Coater Spreader speed and pressure parameters.
4. Start the Film Applicator and perform the automatic Spreader operation.
5. After the Spreader is completed, transfer the sample to the shelf in the DHG-9025A drying oven.
6. Set the required temperature and time parameters of the drying oven.
7. Start the drying oven for drying, baking or sterilizing.
8. After processing is complete, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
Please read the equipment manual carefully before operation to ensure that you understand all functional and safety requirements.
• Power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) matches the local power supply.
• When the Coater is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous objects into the moving parts area.
• According to the uneven thickness of the substrate, Accessories such as trimming the horizontal height support foot device, silicone pad and weight can be selected to ensure the smoothness of the Spreader.
• When the oven is working, the temperature is high, do not touch the surface of the box, and use a heat insulation tool when taking out the sample to prevent burns.
• The items in the oven should not be placed too tightly, so as not to affect the hot air circulation and Temperature uniformity.
When the device is not in use, please cut off the power supply.
• Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to keep it in good working condition.
• Optional accessories (such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, jet system, etc.) can be customized according to actual needs.
