TBJ-X2 + DHG-9140 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, designed to achieve uniform and smooth Spreader effect on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, significantly improve the reproducibility of the film, and solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency. The matching DHG series electrothermal thermostatic blast drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilizing and other purposes.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator precisely controls the traverse speed of the Coater blade and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator to evenly Spreader the paint on the surface of the substrate to form a precise thickness wet-film. The matching drying oven generates hot air by electric heating, and the fan forms a circulating air duct to make the internal temperature of the studio uniform, and realizes the drying, baking or sterilizing treatment of the Spreader sample.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and secure it to the coating table (e.g. using a Vacuum chuck or fixture).
2. Select the appropriate coating rod according to the required Spreader thickness and install it.
3. Set the Coater Spreader speed and pressure parameters.
4. Start the Coater and perform automatic filming.
5. Spreader the sample into the drying oven.
6. Set the required temperature and time parameters of the drying oven.
7. Start the drying oven for drying, baking or sterilizing.
8. After processing is complete, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the substrate is flat and fixed before Spreader, and use fine-tuned horizontal height support feet or silicone pads if necessary.
• Determine the Spreader thickness according to the coating rod model and pay attention to the Spreader accuracy.
• The running speed of the Coater can be adjusted steplessly, and it needs to be customized if it is lower than 5mm/s.
• Power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) match before drying oven.
• Temperature range of drying oven is room temperature + 10~ 300 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
When the equipment is running, do not touch moving parts or high-temperature areas.
• Regularly clean equipment, especially coating tables and drying oven liners.
• Optional accessories (such as leakage tank, jet system, etc.) can be configured according to specific application requirements.
• 2 oven shelves are standard, please pay attention to the reasonable placement of samples.
