Overview
TBJ-X2 + DHG-9240 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Spreader test equipment composed of TBJ-X2 Automatic Film Applicator and DHG-9240 electrothermal thermostatic blast drying oven. The equipment adopts imported accessories, which are designed to achieve uniform and smooth Spreader effect on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, significantly improve the reproducibility of the film, and solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency. The matching drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilizing and other purposes.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator drives the drawdown blade or coating rod through the motor to move smoothly on the substrate at a precisely set speed. At the same time, the substrate is fixed by the Vacuum chuck table, and stable pressure can be applied to form a uniform thickness and high reproducibility on the surface of the substrate. The matching drying oven generates heat through the electric heating element, and the hot air circulation is formed by the fan and the air duct, and the sample placed in the working room is uniformly heated and dried or sterilized.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it flat on the Vacuum chuck table of the Film Applicator.
2. According to the required Spreader thickness, select the appropriate coating rod (bar) and install it.
3. Set the running speed of the Coater (digital display adjustment).
4. Activate the Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate.
5. Start Film Applicator and perform Automatic Spreader.
6. Spreader finished, transfer the sample to the drying oven shelf.
7. Set the required temperature and time of drying oven.
8. Start the drying oven to dry or sterilize.
9. After processing, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the device is 220V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Please read the instructions carefully before operation and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
• Spreader different thickness or material, need to choose the appropriate coating rod and parameters.
• When using Vacuum chuck, ensure that the substrate covers the pores flat to achieve the best fixing effect.
• When the oven is working, the temperature is high, do not touch the box and inside, and wear heat-insulating gloves when taking samples.
• Items in the oven should not be placed too full, so as not to affect the hot air circulation and Temperature uniformity.
• Do not block the ventilating port during the operation of the equipment.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Optional accessories (such as leakage tank, fixture, etc.) can be selected according to specific experimental needs.
