Principle
The Working Principle of the Automatic Film Applicator is to drive a drawdown blade or coating rod by a motor to move smoothly on the substrate at a precisely controlled speed while applying a steady pressure to uniformly Spreader the paint or Adhesive into a wet-film of a specified thickness. The core of this is to replace manual operation with mechanical automation to eliminate differences caused by human factors. Steps
1. Preparation: Place the substrate to be Spreader in the Vacuum chuck area of the coating table and fix it, select the appropriate coating rod or drawdown blade according to the required Spreader thickness and install it.
2. Parameter settings: Set the required Spreader speed (5-180mm/s) and Spreader thickness (0-10mm) through the control panel.
3. Spreader operation: Start the Film Applicator, and the drawdown blade will automatically move at a constant speed at the set speed to complete the Spreader process.
4. Sample Handling: Spreader the wet-film sample to the shelf in the DHG-9070 oven.
5. Drying settings: close the oven door and set the required drying temperature (room temperature + 10~ 300 ° C) and time through the microcomputer thermostat.
6. Start drying: Start the oven, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the sample is thermostatic drying or baking.
7. End the extraction: After the drying procedure is completed and the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, remove the sample.
Notice
* The equipment needs to be used in a power supply environment with a voltage of 220V and 50Hz to ensure good grounding.
* Before Spreader, make sure that the coating table (aluminum alloy material) and Spreader tool are clean to avoid impurities affecting the film mass.
* When using the Vacuum chuck function, make sure that the substrate covers the adsorption hole flat for the best fixing effect.
* oven working temperature is high, do not touch the surface of the box, take out the sample should use thermal gloves.
* The items in the oven should not be placed too tightly, so as not to affect the hot air circulation and cause uneven temperature.
* During the operation of the equipment, do not block the ventilating port and keep the surrounding environment ventilated well.
* Accessories such as silicone pad and weight can be adjusted according to the uneven thickness of the substrate.
