Overview
BENTING BGL-80HB high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoors, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and other purposes. The equipment adopts high-quality steel plate or stainless steel plate studio, equipped with microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and hot air circulation system to ensure accurate and uniform temperature control.

2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting, large-screen LCD display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit function, beyond the limit temperature will automatically interrupt, to prevent the safe operation of the experiment without accident.
5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high temperature blast drying oven sets and adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses a hot air circulation system to evenly distribute the hot air into the working room to realize the drying, baking or wax melting process. The optional temperature limit function automatically interrupts the heating when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
2. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature and time parameters.
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work to keep the temperature uniform.
4. Optional functions such as temperature limit or data recording require additional settings.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use 220V requirements.
• Avoid exceeding the maximum Temperature range Rt + 20~ 400 ℃ when setting the temperature.
• Regularly maintain the hot air circulation system to ensure the normal operation of the fan and air duct.
• Optional functions need to be operated according to the instructions to prevent misuse.
• Pay attention to ventilating when the equipment is running to avoid high temperature burns.
