Overview
CR7 + color difference is a High Accuracy Portable Color measuring instrument with D/8 illumination geometry. It combines SCI and SCE Measurement modes to accurately measure Color data on the surface of objects, and is suitable for Color quality control in a variety of industrial fields.

Principle
Light spectrum LED Illuminant is uniformly diffused through the integrating sphere and then irradiated onto the surface of the sample. The reflected light is received in the direction of 8 °, and is divided by a planar grating. The silicon photodiode array sensor captures optical signals of different wavelengths and converts them into electrical signals for processing, and finally calculates the color data of the sample.

Steps
1. Preheat the machine and calibrate the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate measurement diameter (φ 12mm or φ 8mm) according to the sample characteristics.
3. Use a stabilizer to position the instrument on the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Select Measurement mode (single or average measurement) and trigger measurement.
5. View the measurement results (such as chromatic value, color difference value, Light spectrum map, etc.) on the Touchscreen.
6. Data can be saved or pass/fail judgments can be made as needed.
Notice
* Please use and store the instrument under the conditions specified in the operating environment (0~ 40 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation) and storage environment (-20~ 50 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation).
* Make sure the instrument is fully preheated and calibrated before measurement to ensure Measurement accuracy.
* Keep the measurement diameter and integrating sphere window clean to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
When positioning the instrument, ensure that the stabilizer is tightly fitted to the sample surface to prevent light leakage.
* When the battery is low, please charge it in time to ensure the continuity of measurement work.
Avoid use in areas above 2000 meters above sea level.
* Optional Accessories (such as USB microprinters, powder test kits, etc.) must be used according to the corresponding instructions.
