Principle
Co2 incubator precisely adjusts the temperature, CO2 concentration and Humidity in the box through intelligent controller, adopts natural evaporation Humidification mode, CO2 intake is equipped with high-efficiency Filter, UV Lamp regularly sterilizes, box door heating prevents condensation, and ensures a stable and sterile foster environment.
Applications
Microbiology, agricultural science, medicine, fostering of various tissues and cells, AIDS research, tumor research, heart disease research, virus propagation, bacterial fostering, genetic engineering, testtube babies, cloning technology, immunology
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 35 ℃
2. Temperature range (RT + 5~ 60 ℃) and CO2 control range (0~ 20%)
3. Optional CO2 Filter and RS-485 Interface
4. Start the UV Lamp for regular disinfection
5. Monitor Temperature, CO2 concentration and Humidity Linear dispersion, handle abnormal alarms
6. Clean liners and shelves after use
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz to avoid over-range use
• Regularly check the CO2 Intake Filter to prevent clogging
• Pay attention to safety when using UV Lamps and avoid direct exposure
• The heating function of the box door needs to be kept open to prevent condensation from forming
• Ambient Temperature needs to be within + 5~ 35 ℃, exceeding may affect performance
• Use proper tools when cleaning to avoid damage to the antibacterial stainless steel liner
• Monitor the alarm function to deal with excessive temperature or abnormal water level in a timely manner
