Overview
The SANFA CHP-160E Co2 incubator is a specialized instrument designed to foster cells, tissues, and bacteria. It uses intelligent control technology and has precise temperature and CO2 concentration control functions.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, integrated temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over temperature, water level, Safety protection alarm function.
2. The CO2 inlet is equipped with a microbial effective Filter, with a filtrating efficiency of 99.99%, which effectively removes bacteria and dust particles (optional).
3. Built-in ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can regularly disinfect the box to kill floating bacteria in the circulating air and humidifying disc water vapor to prevent pollution.
4. Glass door heating function to prevent condensation, reduce the risk of microbial contamination.
5. Antibacterial stainless steel liner, four-corner arc design, easy to clean, adjustable shelf.
6. The upgraded touch color screen intelligent temperature controller supports programming, running Linear dispersion display, Multi-Parameter Linear dispersion view and abnormal alarm, more accurate temperature control and more stable CO2 concentration.
7. Optional RS-485 interface, connecting printer and computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The temperature and CO2 concentration in the box are precisely adjusted by the microcomputer intelligent controller, the CO2 intake air is purified by high-efficiency Filter, the UV Lamp is regularly sterilized, the door heating prevents condensation, and the natural evaporation method humidifies to ensure the stable and sterile foster environment.
Applications
Microbial research, agricultural scientific research, tissue and cell fostering, AIDS research, tumor research, heart disease research, virus propagation, bacterial fostering, genetic engineering, testtube babies, cloning technology, immunology
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the Ambient Temperature within the range of + 5~ 35 ℃.
Temperature range (RT + 5~ 60 ℃) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) are set by intelligent controller.
3. Start the CO2 Control system to ensure the normal operation of the CO2 inlet Filter (if optional).
4. Regularly turn on the UV Lamp for disinfection in the box.
5. Monitor the water level and door temperature to prevent abnormalities.
6. Use shelves to place fosters and adjust shelves as needed.
7. Optional connection to a computer or printer to record parameters.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is between + 5 and 35 ° C.
• Check CO2 Filter and UV Lamp functions (if optional) before use.
• Avoid frequent opening and closing of the box door to prevent temperature fluctuations and pollution.
• Maintain hygiene by regularly cleaning liners and shelves.
• Pay attention to CO2 concentration alarm settings and deal with abnormalities in time.
• Power supply voltage must be 220V 50Hz to prevent voltage instability.
• Safety protection is followed during operation to prevent overheating or water level problems.
