Overview
The SANFA CHP-240Q Co2 Incubator is a professional instrument designed for cell, tissue, and bacterial fostering. It uses intelligent control technology and has precise temperature control and CO2 concentration control functions.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, with temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over-temperature, water level, Safety protection, alarm function.
2. The CO2 inlet is equipped with a microbial effective Filter, with a filtrating efficiency of up to 99.99%, which effectively filtrates bacteria and dust particles (optional).
3. Built-in ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can regularly disinfect the inside of the box to kill the floating bacteria of circulating air and humidifying disc water vapor to prevent pollution.
4. Glass doors can be heated to prevent condensation and reduce the risk of microbial contamination.
5. Using antibacterial stainless steel liner, four-corner arc design, easy to clean, adjustable shelf.
6. The upgraded touch color screen intelligent temperature controller supports programmable, running Linear dispersion display, temperature/Humidity /CO2 concentration three groups of Linear dispersion view and abnormal alarm switch functions, more accurate temperature control, more stable CO2 concentration.
7. Optional RS-485 interface, connect printer and computer, record temperature parameter changes (optional).
Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely adjusts the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box through a microcomputer intelligent controller, and uses a natural evaporation Humidification mode to maintain Humidity. The CO2 gas enters the box after being purified by a microbial Filter, and the infrared Sensor monitors the CO2 concentration to ensure uniformity and Stability. The UV Lamp is regularly sterilized to prevent contamination, and the door heating function avoids the formation of condensate.
Applications
Microbiology, agricultural science, tissue and cell fostering, AIDS research, oncology research, heart disease research, virus propagation, bacterial fostering, genetic engineering, testtube babies, cloning technology, immunology
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 35 ℃.
2. Turn on the device and set parameters such as temperature and CO2 concentration through the intelligent controller.
3. Start the CO2 intake system to ensure the normal operation of the Filter (if optional).
4. Regularly turn on the UV Lamp for disinfection in the box.
5. Place the sample on the adjustable shelf, monitor the operation of Linear dispersion and alarm function.
6. Optional connection to a computer or printer to record data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before use, avoid operating beyond the ambient temperature range (+ 5~ 35 ℃).
• Regularly check the CO2 Intake Filter and UV Lamp function to prevent contamination.
• Avoid opening the door for a long time to reduce the risk of temperature fluctuations and condensation.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to the antibacterial stainless steel liner.
• Monitor CO2 concentration alarm function to ensure safe operation.
