Overview
ZHP-160F thermostatic shaking incubator (thermostatic Shaker) integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions, and is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reaction and enzyme and cell tissue research that require temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can move and statically foster microbial cells and various strains.

8. Independent temperature limit alarm system, automatically cut off the power supply after exceeding the limit temperature (optional).
9. The upgraded model can be equipped with a large-screen LCD display, an RS-485 interface, and a printer and computer can be connected to record temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer Control system to achieve a combination of thermostatic environment and oscillatory motion. The Compressor and circulating fan provide environmentally friendly fluorine-free cooling, and the AC brushless motor drives the oscillation system to ensure smooth operation. Door switches and safety circuits automatically control oscillation start-stop and over-temperature protection during operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and set the required temperature and Oscillation Frequency.
2. Use the timing function to set the running time (1-9999 minutes).
3. Place the sample on the tray and select the appropriate position according to the flask capacity.
4. Close the box door and the oscillation system starts automatically.
5. Monitor the real-time Temperature and Frequency data on the LCD screen.
6. After the operation, the door automatically stops oscillating and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10~ 30 ℃.
• The oscillation system stops when the box door is opened, and automatically starts when it is closed to ensure safe operation.
• Avoid over-temperature operation, optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically cut off the power supply.
• Use antibacterial stainless steel liner and four-corner arc design when cleaning.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use to ensure stable power supply.
• Oscillation Frequency settings need to be adjusted according to single-layer or double-decked mode (single-layer 40-280 rpm, double-decked 40-200 rpm).
• Prevent liquid splashing and use the slow start function to accelerate smoothly.
