Overview
ZHP-250F thermostatic shaking incubator (thermostatic Shaker) is a device that integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions. It is suitable for bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions and enzyme and cell tissue research that require temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can move and statically foster microbial cells and various strains.

8. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature exceeds the limit.
9. The upgraded model can be equipped with a large-screen LCD display and an RS-485 interface, which can be connected to a printer and a computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer Control system to realize the combination of thermostatic environment and oscillatory motion. The environmentally friendly fluorine-free refrigeration technology and AC brushless motor are used to ensure stable temperature and smooth oscillation to meet the needs of biological fostering and chemical reactions.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (4~ 60 ° C) and Oscillation Frequency (single layer 40-260 rpm, double-decked 40-200 rpm).
3. Use the timing function to set the running time (1-9999 minutes).
4. Place the sample on the tray and adjust the quantity according to the flask capacity.
5. Close the box door and the oscillation system starts automatically.
6. Monitor the Temperature and Frequency parameters on the LCD screen.
7. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops or is manually shut down.

• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10~ 30 ℃.
• When the box door is opened, the oscillation system stops working, and automatically starts when it is closed to ensure safety.
• Avoid over-temperature operation, optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically cut off the power supply.
• Power supply voltage check before use to 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Pay attention to the stainless steel material of liner and Shaker Table when cleaning, and use appropriate detergent.
• Oscillation Frequency settings need to be adjusted according to single-layer or double-decked mode to prevent liquid splashing.
• Regularly check the operating status of the Compressor and motor to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
