Overview
ZHP-160L thermostatic shaking incubator (thermostatic Shaker) integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions, which can carry out motion and static fostering of microbial cells and various bacterial species. It is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzymes and cell tissue research that require temperature and Oscillation Frequency.

Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer Control system, and adopts an environmentally friendly fluorine-free refrigeration system and AC brushless motor drive to realize the synchronous operation of thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions. When the box door is opened, the oscillation system automatically stops working, and automatically starts when it is closed to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the required Temperature range (RT + 5~ 65 ℃) and Oscillation Frequency (single layer: 40-280 rpm; double-decked: 40-200 rpm)
3. Set Timer Range (1-9999min)
4. Place the sample on a 400 x 350 tray
5. Close the box door and the oscillation system starts automatically
6. Monitor operating parameters via LCD display

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃
• When the box door is opened, the oscillation system automatically stops working
• The device will automatically cut off the power when the temperature exceeds the limit
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before use
• Pay attention to the stainless steel material characteristics of liner and Shaker Table when cleaning
• Oscillation Frequency settings should be selected according to single-layer or double-decked usage conditions
