SANFA ZHP-250L thermostatic shaking incubator is a thermostatic foster and oscillation equipment, suitable for bacterial foster, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reaction and enzyme and cell tissue research scenarios with strict requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency, supporting the movement and static foster of microbial cells and various strains.

Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through the microcomputer Control system, combines the environmental protection fluorine-free refrigeration Compressor to maintain the thermostatic environment, and uses the AC brushless motor to drive the cyclotron oscillation mode to achieve smooth oscillation movement and ensure the Stability and Reliability of the fostering process.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (range RT + 5~ 65 ° C) and Oscillation Frequency (single layer 40-260 rpm or double-decked 40-200 rpm).
3. Use the timing function to set the running time (1-9999 minutes).
4. Place the sample on the tray and adjust the quantity according to the flask capacity.
5. Close the box door and the oscillation system starts automatically.
6. Monitor the Temperature and Frequency parameters on the LCD screen.
7. After the operation, the door automatically stops oscillating and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 30 ℃.
• The oscillation system automatically stops when the box door is opened, and automatically starts when it is closed to avoid frequent switching.
• Prevent liquid splashing and use the smooth acceleration function.
• Regularly clean liner and Shaker Tables to maintain hygiene.
• If the temperature limit alarm system is selected, pay attention to the function of automatically cutting off the power supply over temperature.
• Power supply voltage check before use to 220V 50Hz requirements.
