Overview
SANFA ZHP-Y2112F double-decked thermostatic Shaker is an intelligent device that integrates thermostatic foster and oscillation functions. It is suitable for scenes such as bacterial foster, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reaction and enzyme and cell tissue research that require temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can perform movement and static foster of microbial cells and various strains.

6. Equipped with a door switch, the oscillation system stops working when the box door is opened, and automatically starts when it is closed.
7. Rotation speed circuit is reasonably controlled to ensure that the Shaker starts slowly and accelerates smoothly to prevent liquid splashing.
8. Independent temperature limit alarm system, automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature exceeds the limit (optional).
9. Upgraded large-screen LCD display, more accurate temperature control, smoother Oscillation Frequency, can be equipped with RS-485 interface to connect printers and computers (optional).
Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer Control system, combined with environmentally friendly fluorine-free refrigeration technology, to achieve a thermostatic environment; adopts a rotary oscillation mode, driven by an AC brushless motor, to ensure smooth and constant oscillation; the door switch mechanism automatically stops oscillation when the box door is opened, and resumes operation when closed to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (~ 220V 50Hz).
2. Set Temperature range (4~ 60 ℃) and Oscillation Frequency (30~ 300rpm).
3. Set the Timer Range (1~ 9999min) as needed.
4. Place the sample on the tray and close the box door to automatically start the oscillation system.
5. Monitor operating parameters through the LCD display.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be within the range of 10~ 30 ℃.
• The oscillation system automatically stops when the box door is opened, and automatically starts when it is closed. Pay attention to operation safety.
• Power supply voltage is checked before use (~ 220V 50Hz).
• Regularly clean liner and Shaker Tables to maintain hygiene.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system may automatically cut off the power supply when overheating (optional function).
• Avoid frequent opening and closing of the box door when the equipment is running to prevent affecting the thermostatic effect.
