Automatic Metallographic polish-grinding machine HMP-1AB is a single-disc fully automatic equipment of HAOXINDA brand, which integrates pre-grinding, grinding and polishing functions. It adopts single-chip microcomputer technology and is controlled by Touchscreen. It is equipped with DC brushless motor-driven grinding disc and stepper motor-driven grinding head. It has the characteristics of smooth rotation, low noise, safety and reliability. It supports user-defined Rotation speed, pressure and time. It comes with its own lighting and chill down system. It is suitable for metallographic sample preparation in factories, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges laboratories.

Principle
The device is controlled by single-chip microcomputer technology Touchscreen, the grinding disc is driven by a DC brushless motor and driven by a V-belt, and the grinding head is driven by a stepper motor and driven by a synchronous belt to achieve smooth swirl/spin. The user can adjust the Rotation speed, pressure and time parameters by himself, and its own chill down device prevents the sample from overheating and destroying the metallographic structure to ensure the efficient and reliable sample preparation process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and set the grinding and polishing parameters (such as Rotation speed, pressure, time) through Touchscreen
2. Select single action or linkage start mode, adjust the grinding head and grinding disc Rotation speed as needed
3. Place the specimen in the chuck and use the lighting system to ensure correct handling
4. Start the equipment for grinding and polishing process, chill down the automatic operation of the device
5. Use the automatic cleaning function to clean the sewage collecting tank
6. After completing the sample preparation, safely stop the equipment through the emergency stop button
