SK/MIC-600-CH4-Y Online Methane Detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is a dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration of programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion Sensor. Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction are used to continuously monitor the concentration of methane gas in the environment. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into standard current signal output.

Steps
1. Make the correct wiring according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, the reading is observed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument and follow the prompts.
Notice
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
The absolute pressure should be within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
It is recommended to use a three-core Shielding cable with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connection, and the connection distance should be ≤ 1000m.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
Installation and operation are subject to relevant explosion-proof safety regulations.
