Overview
SK/MIC-600 online gas concentration detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD liquid crystal display with dot matrix, 3-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration for programmable switch output and other modules, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of the principle of atmospheric monitoring, and continuously monitors specific gases (such as carbon monoxide) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal processing circuit and outputs a 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal. It can display real-time concentration through point matrix LCD.

Steps
1. Make the correct wiring according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, confirm the normal operation of the equipment through the point array LCD LCD screen.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and follow the prompts to calibrate at zero or full scale.
5. According to actual needs, configure parameters such as alarm points through the settings menu.

* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
The working absolute pressure is within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* It is recommended to choose a three-core Shielding cable with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm.
The maximum connection distance does not exceed 1000 meters.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
