Overview
SK/MIC-600 online gas concentration detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD liquid crystal display with dot matrix, 3-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration for programmable switch output and other modules, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of Electrochemical sensor to continuously detect the target gas through Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type, and converts the gas concentration signal into a standard current signal (4-20mA) output.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and signal lines correctly according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be viewed through the LCD liquid crystal display.
3. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate zero and full scale.
4. Set parameters such as alarm points through supporting systems or equipment.
Notice
• Please select the model according to the actual working conditions.
• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• The working absolute pressure is in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose a three-core Shielding cable with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm.
Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and replacement.
• Installation and operation must comply with relevant explosion-proof safety regulations.
