Overview
SK/MIC-600 online carbon monoxide detector is a flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD liquid crystal display with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration for programmable switch output and other modules, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector uses electrochemistry principle Sensor, through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump type Sampling method continuous work, detection of carbon monoxide gas concentration in the environment, and converts the concentration signal into 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Install a fixed detector.
2. Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output cable (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm).
3. Power on and start, and the device enters the working state.
4. Carry out zero-point calibrate, full-scale calibrate and other operations through the three buttons on the device (users can calibrate by themselves).
5. Set alarm points as needed.
Notice
• Please select the model according to the actual working conditions.
• Usually working Ambient Temperature is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation, Absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose Shielding cable for connecting cable, and the connection distance should be ≤ 1000 m.
• Sensor life is about 2 years.
• The equipment is explosion-proof, and the installation and maintenance must comply with relevant explosion-proof safety regulations.
