Overview
SK/MIC-600-CO-Y/5% online carbon monoxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall explosion-proof (d) structure, standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can provide customized functions such as programmable switch output according to user request, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector uses the principle of infrared NDIR Sensor to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) gas in the environment through the diffusion type (optional pipeline type, flow type or pump type) Sampling method. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard current signal (4-20mA) or a digital signal output.

Steps
1. Make the correct wiring according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, the reading is observed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device to operate.
5. Set the alarm point in the Control system (such as PLC, computer) as needed.

* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
The working pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for the connection cable.
The maximum connection distance is ≤ 1000 meters.
* Sensor life is approximately 2 years.
