SK/MIC-600 online carbon monoxide detector is an online gas concentration detector with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, support three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR Sensor to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) gas in the environment through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump-suction Sampling methods, and converts the concentration signal into a standard current signal (4-20mA) or digital signal output.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and signal lines correctly according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be read through the LCD display screen.
3. When you need to calibrate, enter the calibrate mode through the three buttons on the device and follow the prompts.

• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Ambient Temperature is usually -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• Absolute pressure in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose Shielding cable, and the connecting cable is a three-core cable (single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm).
The maximum connection distance is recommended to be no more than 1000 meters.
• Sensor life is about 2 years.
