Overview
SK/MIC-600-H2S-Y/10000 online hydrogen sulfide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas in the environment through optional Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing, it uses 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, observe the reading through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument to operate.
5. Set up alarm points in Control system (such as PLC, computer) according to requirements.

• The working absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connecting cables.
• Maximum connection distance ≤ 1000 meters.
• Sensor life is about 2 years.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid extreme environments when installing.
