Overview
SK/MIC-600-O2-Y/30 online oxygen detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog signal and RS485 digital signal output, and can provide customized modules such as programmable switch output according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the oxygen concentration in the environment through the diffusion (or optional pipeline, flow, pump) Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal processing circuit, and outputs a 4-20mA current signal and an RS485 digital signal. The instrument has automatic compensation and protection functions to ensure the Stability and Reliability of measurement.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, the reading is observed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the three buttons of the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate at zero or full scale.
5. According to needs, configure alarm points and Output signal parameters through the settings menu.

• The working absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connecting cables.
• Maximum connection distance ≤ 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid extreme environments when installing.
• Alarm point can be set as needed, the output is 2 passive node signal.
