Overview
SK/MIC-600-O2-Y/100 online oxygen detector is an online gas concentration detector with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration with dot matrix LCD display, support three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to continuously monitor the oxygen concentration in the environment through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump sampling methods. Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which can be displayed on the LCD screen through 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output after processing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump suction type) for installation according to the site conditions.
2. Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output line (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be viewed through the point matrix LCD screen.
4. Users can enter the menu through the 3 buttons on the instrument to set the alarm point and fine-tune the signal output.
5. When calibrating is required, enter the calibrate mode through the button, and follow the prompts to use the standard gas for full software calibrating.
Notice
• Please select the type according to the actual working conditions, and the installation position should represent the tested gas environment.
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation, absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
The instrument has an explosion-proof function (ExdIICT6), but the installation and maintenance still need to comply with the relevant hazardous location safety regulations.
• Avoid instrument exposure to high concentrations of gases to extend Sensor life with its automatic protection function.
