Overview
SK/MIC-600-O2-Y/1 online oxygen detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. It adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure, standard configuration with dot matrix LCD display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules to facilitate system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the oxygen concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard current signal (4-20mA) or a digital signal output.

Steps
1. Wire according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, observe the reading through the point matrix LCD LCD screen.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument to operate.
5. According to the requirements, set the alarm point in the Control system.

• When installing the connection, it is recommended to choose a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm three-core Shielding cable.
