Overview
SK/MIC-600-SO2-Y/1 on-line sulfur dioxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall explosion-proof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switching volume output and other modules according to user request. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of atmospheric monitoring principle to continuously monitor sulfur dioxide (SO2) gas in the environment through optional Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing, it passes through 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, observe the reading through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons of the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. According to requirements, configure alarm points and Output signals through the settings menu.

Installation and wiring must be carried out by professionals to ensure compliance with explosion-proof requirements.
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
* Avoid instrument exposure to high concentrations of gases to take advantage of its automatic protection function and extend Sensor life.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
It is recommended to choose a single Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for the connection cable, and the maximum connection distance should not exceed 1000 meters.
* Please select the appropriate Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type, pump type) according to the actual working conditions.
