Overview
SK/MIC-600-SO2-Y/10000 online sulfur dioxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. Standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, support three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal processing circuit, and is output through 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the diffusion, pipeline, circulation or pump-suction Installation method according to the site conditions, and connect the cable as required (Shielding cable is recommended).
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output line (4-20mA/RS485) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on: Power on, the instrument starts and performs self-test.
4. Calibrate: If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points through buttons.
6. Operation: The instrument enters the continuous monitoring state, displays the concentration in real time and Outputs signal.
Notice
• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
• The working absolute pressure is in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• The instrument is explosion-proof type, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6. The installation and use must comply with the relevant specifications of explosion-proof places.
• Protection Rating is IP66, but the installation still needs to be careful to avoid long-term exposure to extreme harsh environment.
