Overview
SK/MIC-600 online sulfur dioxide detector is an online gas concentration detector with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, support three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support customization and Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts a special flue gas Sensor. Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type work continuously to detect sulfur dioxide concentration in the environment. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output, which can be displayed by point array LCD LCD screen.

Steps
1. Select the Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump suction type) according to the actual working conditions and install it.
2. Connect Power Supply (DC12~ 30V) and Output signal cable (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended).
3. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be viewed through the point matrix LCD screen.
4. Users can perform zero-point calibrating, full-scale calibrating and other operations through the 3 buttons on the instrument.
5. Set the alarm point as needed, and the alarm signal is output through 2 passive nodes.
Notice
• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• The working absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa (relative to atmospheric pressure).
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• The instrument is designed with explosion-proof type, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6. The installation and operation must meet the explosion-proof requirements.
• Impact the instrument from high concentrations of gases to take advantage of its automatic protection function.
• Output signal is 4-20mA current signal, alarm point is a passive node signal that can be set.
