Overview
SK/MIC-600-NO2-Y/1 online nitrogen dioxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The product adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall explosion-proof (d) structure, standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, supports three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of atmospheric monitoring principle, and continuously monitors nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas in the environment through optional Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing by the internal processing circuit, it uses 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output, and can display the concentration value in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the diffusion, pipeline, circulation or pump-suction Installation method according to the site conditions, and connect the cable as required (Shielding cable is recommended).
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and Output signal line (4-20mA, RS485, etc.) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on: Power on, the device starts and performs self-test.
4. Calibrate: If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points through buttons or communication.
6. Operation: The equipment enters the continuous monitoring state, displays and outputs the gas concentration signal in real time.
Notice
* Please select the model according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
The working pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* It is recommended to choose a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm three-core Shielding cable for the connection cable, and the connection distance should be ≤ 1000m.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
* Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, but the installation still needs to be careful to avoid long-term exposure to extreme harsh environment.
* Alarm point can be set as needed, output 2 passive node signal.
