Overview
SK/MIC-600-NO2-Y/2000 on-line nitrogen dioxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall explosion-proof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing, it can output 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal, and can display the concentration value in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Connect the power and signal lines according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, confirm the normal start and working status of the device through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate at zero or full scale.
5. According to actual needs, configure parameters such as alarm points through the settings menu.
6. The instrument enters the continuous monitoring state to observe whether the display data and Output signal are normal.

• Please select according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• The working absolute pressure is recommended to be in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to choose a single three-core Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connecting cables.
The maximum connection distance should be ≤ 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• The instrument is flameproof, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6. The installation and use must meet the explosion-proof requirements.
• Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid long-term extreme environment Impacts when installing.
