Overview
SK/MIC-600 On-line nitric oxide detector is an on-line gas concentration detector with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration for programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction are used to continuously monitor the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) in the environment. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and outputs a standard 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal after processing by the internal processing circuit, and can display the concentration value through the point array LCD screen.

Steps
1. According to the installation requirements, choose the diffusion type, pipeline type, circulation type or pump type Sampling method to install the detector.
2. Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output line (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the point array LCD LCD screen displays the current gas concentration.
4. Users can enter the menu through the 3 buttons on the instrument to perform operations such as zero-point calibrating, full-scale calibrating and alarm point setting.
5. After the calibrating or setting is completed, the instrument will continuously monitor and Output signal according to the set parameters.
Notice
* When installing, ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation), and the absolute pressure is within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
It is recommended to use a Shielding cable for the connection cable, and the connection distance should not exceed 1000 meters.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure detection accuracy.
The instrument is designed to be flameproof, and installation and maintenance must comply with the relevant operating procedures for explosion-proof electrical equipment.
