Overview
SK/MIC-600 On-Line Nitric Oxide Detector is a gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support Outsignal put fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to continuously monitor the concentration of nitric oxide in the environment through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump sampling methods. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and can output 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal after processing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump suction type) for installation according to the actual working conditions.
2. Use a three-core cable (single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended) for electrical connection, and the connection distance should not exceed 1000 meters.
3. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
4. After the instrument is powered on, confirm the working status through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
5. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the three buttons of the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate the full software.
6. Adjust 4-20mA or RS485 Output signal through Output signal trimming function according to requirements.
7. Set the alarm point of two passive node signal output.
Notice
* Please make the corresponding selection according to your actual working conditions.
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
* The absolute pressure of the working environment should be within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance or replacement.
When installing a connection, it is recommended to use a Shielding cable with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm.
The instrument is explosion-proof equipment, and its installation and use must comply with explosion-proof requirements.
* Avoid high concentration gas Long-term Impact Sensor, the instrument has automatic protection function, but still need to pay attention to the Operating Environment.
