Overview
SK/MIC-600-NO-Y/2000 On-line nitric oxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment under the SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point array LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog signal and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing by the internal circuit, uses 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the appropriate Sampling method (diffusion type, pipeline type, circulation type or pump suction type) for fixed installation according to the on-site working conditions.
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output cable (three-core cable, Shielding cable is recommended) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on: Power on, the instrument starts and performs self-test.
4. Calibrate: Enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and use the standard gas to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points as needed.
6. Operation: After the calibrating setting is completed, the instrument enters the continuous monitoring working state.
Notice
* Please select the appropriate Sampling method and installation location according to the actual working conditions.
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
* It is recommended to choose a single Shielding cable with a diameter of ≥ 1.5mm for connection cables, with a maximum connection distance of ≤ 1000 meters.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
The instrument is explosion-proof, but installation and maintenance still require compliance with relevant hazardous area operating procedures.
