Overview
SK/MIC-600-NH3-Y/500 online ammonia gas detector is a fixed-mounted gas concentration detector with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument standard configuration has dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can provide customized modules such as programmable switch output according to user request, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the ammonia (NH3) concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type. The detected gas concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Installation: Connect the power supply and signal lines according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Power on: Connect to DC12~ 30V Operating voltage.
3. Calibrate: Use the 3 buttons on the instrument to enter the calibrate mode to calibrate the zero point and range.
4. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points through buttons.
5. Operation: The instrument starts to continuously monitor and display the concentration, and output the corresponding signal.

• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• Absolute pressure should be within the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.

• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
