Overview
SK/MIC-600-NH3-Y/10000 online ammonia gas detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector uses the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the ammonia (NH3) concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump (optional). The detected gas concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard current signal (4-20mA) output.

Steps
1. Installation: Wire according to the electrical wiring definition diagram. It is recommended to use a three-core Shielding cable (single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm) for the connection cable, and the connection distance should not exceed 1000 meters.
2. Power supply: Access DC12~ 30V Operating voltage.
3. Debugging and calibration: refer to the debugging calibration diagram, enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and calibrate the zero point and range.
4. Alarm settings: Set the alarm points of two passive node signals as needed.
5. System networking: connect the detector to PLC, DCS or computer Control system through 4-20mA analog signal or RS485 digital signal.

• Operating ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation), absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
• When installing, ensure that it meets the explosion-proof requirements, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6.
To ensure signal stability, it is recommended to use a Shielding cable for connection.
