Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK/MIC-600-PH3-Y/4000 On-line phosphating hydrogen detector is a fixed installation gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. Standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, support three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle, and continuously detects the phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion type, pipeline type, flow type or pump type, and converts the concentration signal into 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the diffusion type, pipeline type, circulation type or pump suction Installation method according to the on-site working conditions to ensure that the working environment meets the requirements (temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 90% RH without condensation).
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and signal output cable (three-core cable, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding cable is recommended, the connection distance is ≤ 1000m) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on debugging: After power on, confirm the normal operation of the device through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. Calibrate: Use 3 buttons to enter the calibrate mode to perform software calibrate of zero and range.
5. Alarm setting: Set the alarm point of two passive node signals through the device or system.
6. System networking: 4-20mA or RS485 signal is connected to PLC, DCS or computer Control system, and can be fine-tuned Output signal.
Notice
* Please select the model according to the actual working conditions, the information is for reference only.
* Ensure that the working environment is at a temperature of -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation, absolute pressure in the range of 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
* It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.

* Impact of high concentration gases is avoided, the equipment has automatic protection function, but still need to pay attention to the Operating Environment.
