Overview
SK/MIC-600-H2-Y/1000 Online Hydrogen Detector is a flammable gas monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCD with lattice, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional configuration of programmable switch output and other modules, support Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to continuously monitor hydrogen through diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump sampling methods. Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into electrical signal, and can output 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal after processing.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the fixed Installation method according to the site needs, connect the cable (Shielding cable is recommended, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm).
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and Output signal line (4-20mA, etc.) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on: Power on, the device starts and performs self-test.
4. Calibrate: Enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the device, and use the standard gas to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points as needed.
6. Operation: The device starts to continuously monitor, the LCD screen displays real-time concentration, and outputs corresponding signals.

• Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity is 10% RH~ 90% RH without condensation.
• Absolute pressure is 106KPa +/- 20KPa (relative atmospheric pressure).
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular calibrating and maintenance.
• It is recommended to choose Shielding cable for connecting cable, with a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm and a connection distance of ≤ 1000m.
Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid extreme environments when installing.
• Alarm point can be set as needed, the output is 2 passive node signal.
• Ensure that the power supply voltage is within the range of DC12~ 30V.
