SK/MIC-600 Online Hydrogen Detector (Model: SK/MIC-600-H2-Y/40000) is a fixed installation flammable gas monitor with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The instrument standard configuration with dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display supports three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, can provide customized products according to user requests, and support Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The on-line hydrogen detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously detect the hydrogen concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The detected concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal output, which can be displayed in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Make the correct wiring according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the instrument is powered on, confirm the working status through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate at zero or range.
5. According to the needs, set the alarm point through the supporting system.
